More about Milan Colic
Milan Colic is entering his first year with the Algonquin Thunder Women’s Basketball program. He grew up in Yugoslavia, where he played semi professional basketball and began coaching. Milan was mentored by Bogdan Tanjevic; one of the basketball coaching legends in Europe. During this time, Milan attended coaching school where he specialized in shooting. He has been a professional shooting coach for a variety of NBA, NCAA, CIS and CCAA players. Since moving to Canada, Milan has coached all levels of basketball with Kanata Cavaliers and Ottawa Celtics. He was also the vice president of Kanata Youth Basketball Association. Milan is level 2 certified.
