Jasmine is entering her third season as an Assistant Coach with the Thunder Women’s Soccer program. Jasmine brings an extensive coaching and playing background to the program which includes international appearances for Canada at the U17 level. Jasmine attended the University of Maine from 2004-2009. Jasmine holds Maine records for shutouts in a season (12), shutouts in a career (35), fewest goals against in a season (8) and lowest goals against average in a season (0.38). Her 35 shutouts rank tied for fifth most in NCAA history. Jasmine won numerous awards while at the University of Maine including: University of Maine’s Most Outstanding Female Athlete (2008), America East All Championship Team (2008), Maine Scholar-Athlete Award (2007), Soccer Buzz Northeast Region Second Team (2006), America East All-Tournament Team (2006), America East Goalkeeper of the Year (2005), America East First Team (2005), and America East All-Tournament Team (2005).

Phillips returned to the Black Bear program as an Assistant Coach in 2009, before returning to Ottawa to coach with Ottawa Fury FC in the summer of 2009. While back in Ottawa, Jasmine played with the Ottawa Fury’s W-League team from 2009-2013, captaining the team from 2011-2013. Jasmine helped lead the Fury to a W-League Finals appearance in 2011 and a W-League Championship in 2012. Jasmine was named to the All-Conference team in 2011 and 2012, and was a runner up for W-League Goalkeeper of the Year in 2012.
