Jeremy Rasmussen is the Chief Technology Officer of PTAG, a capital projects consulting firm servicing the global Power & Transmission, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Mining and Heavy Infrastructure industries. PTAG provides best practice advisory services to clients seeking to improve capital and sustaining project outcomes.

In 2017, PTAG has merged with Industrial Audit Corporation, the company Mr. Rasmussen founded in 2006. As the leading provider of field data management and project data integration software solutions, PTAG believes that project data should be captured and reported on in a consistent, standard and efficient system that provides a ‘single source of truth’ across all projects and departments. Our flagship software platform, Field Management (FM), is a web-based Software-as-a-Service application that provides integrated project data structures, mobile data capture, reporting, dashboards, and mapping for visualization.
Mr. Rasmussen currently serves on several industry and community board positions and is one of Canada’s leading thinkers in information and communications technology (ICT), mobile software, and open source intelligence. Mr. Rasmussen is a serial entrepreneur and has been a pioneer in the information technology industry since the first personal computer. With both strategic and hands-on experience ranging from technology product management & marketing to software development architecture and networking system design, Mr. Rasmussen is consistently on the leading edge of the role of technology in business and has both authored and been featured in numerous articles including the Washington Post, New York Times, and Wired. Mr. Rasmussen is active within the Construction Industry Institute (CII) capital project regulatory and technology committees, and enjoys being a industry practitioner of CII best practices.
With 7 technology patents and a thriving business, Jeremy finds balance in his life by enjoying time with his wife and son. When he truly wants to be offline he ventures north with his family and friends to their wilderness retreat located off the grid in Ontario.
